Introducing Wavelength Narratives

MARINA’S BLOG: So…. after more than two decades at ClearLine Communications, my co-director Matt, who is also my brother and I took a fresh look at what we had created.

Now I know you probably shouldn’t start a sentence with ‘so’ but it’s kind of like taking a deep breath before launching into an epic story. So (I’m doing it again) I guess that I am taking a little licence here for effect. But seriously, we are skilled and experienced copywriters and we have covered everything from deep sea oil rigs to kids’ dinghy regattas in the Caribbean.

I’m getting off the subject. Our core markets and our interests evolved. Matt took his business increasingly into the commercial maritime sector (that’s big ships to you and me) and I stayed with my first love, yachting and sailing events. With very different audiences we realised the time had come to go our separate ways - although we will still meet up for Sunday lunches and Christmas.

Matt won the toss and gets to keep ClearLine Communications while Marina (that’s me) has all the fun and excitement of redefining the services I offer to the leisure marine sector and launching Wavelength Narratives. The rest, as they say, is self explantory, if you take a look around my new website www.wavelengthnarratives.co.uk. I am really looking forward to developing new business through Wavelength and reconnecting with past clients too.
